## Role Overview: Fuel Attendant (SPBU Operator)
The Fuel Attendant serves as the face of our brand. You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is professional, efficient, and aligned with BP’s global standards for safety and quality. We are looking for candidates who are ready to take the next step in their career within the dynamic retail energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your primary objective is to deliver excellence at every touchpoint. Your daily duties will include:
* Customer Engagement: Proactively welcoming guests and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
* Operational Excellence: Maintaining the aesthetic appeal, cleanliness, and safety standards of the fueling station at all times.
* Sales and Recommendations: Identifying customer needs to suggest relevant products, services, and current promotions.
* Transaction Management: Efficiently operating the Point of Sale (POS) systems to process fuel and retail transactions.
* Product Expertise: Developing comprehensive knowledge of our fuel and retail offerings to educate customers and answer inquiries effectively.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Availability: Must be willing and able to work in a rotating shift schedule.
* Regional Flexibility: Willing to be assigned to station locations across Jabodetabek, West Java, or East Java.
* Preferred Experience: Previous experience in the retail or customer service industry is highly desirable and will be considered an asset during the selection process.
