## About the Role
The Directorate of Tourism, Creative Economy, and Digital Economy within Bappenas is actively seeking dedicated individuals to join the team. Selected candidates will support the Sustainable and Quality Tourism Development Program (SQTDP), a strategic initiative executed in collaboration with the World Bank.
* Position Title: Secretariat and Substantive Support Personnel

* Employment Status: Contract worker (Non-ASN / Non-Civil Servant)
* Contract Duration: 10 months

## Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the SQTDP team, your day-to-day duties will bridge administrative excellence with substantive program coordination. The core responsibilities include:
* Streamlining administrative workflows and coordinating the smooth execution of the SQTDP agenda.
* Assisting in the preparation, synthesis, and documentation of technical and substantive program materials.
* Ensuring all project documentation meets rigorous compliance standards and aligns with program objectives.
* Supporting the rigorous review and quality assurance processes required to secure a No Objection Letter (NOL) from the World Bank.
* Tracking and ensuring timely follow-ups on recommendations and requirements issued by the World Bank and other strategic partners.
* Facilitating seamless communication and coordination between the Directorate, the SQTDP team, the World Bank, various ministries, local governments, and external stakeholders.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this dynamic environment, applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Urban and Regional Planning (Planologi) or Economics, with a minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.00. Fresh graduates who meet the criteria are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, validated by minimum scores of:
* TOEFL ITP: 500
* TOEFL iBT: 80
* TOEFL Prediction: 500
* Background Restrictions: Must not currently hold a civil servant status (ASN), nor be an active member of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) or the Indonesian National Police (Polri). Applicants must not possess a Civil Servant Identification Number (NIP).
Preferred Qualifications (Value-Added Assets)
Candidates possessing the following attributes will be given preferential consideration:
* Demonstrated involvement in relevant organizational activities, academic research, professional projects, or internships.
* Prior work experience or internships with Bappenas, the World Bank, or other international development agencies.
* Specialized expertise or practical experience in tourism management, development economics, regional planning, sustainable development, public policy, or international development cooperation.
