We are actively recruiting for the following specialized roles to support our national operations.
1. Aviation Security (AvSec)
As an Aviation Security officer, you will play a vital role in upholding the highest safety standards within the airport environment.
* Conducting rigorous screening of passengers, baggage, and materials before aircraft boarding.
* Ensuring total security and safety within the designated airport zones.
* Validating essential flight documentation and travel data.
* Monitoring movement across restricted airside areas.
* Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Must possess a valid and active Basic or Senior AvSec license.
* Must hold a valid and current Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* Physically and mentally fit, with no color blindness and no requirement for eyeglasses.
* Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
* Work Location: Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Cengkareng.
2. Engineering Staff
We are looking for a detail-oriented Engineering professional to oversee construction projects and facility maintenance initiatives.
* Managing pre-construction phases, including project permits and licensing.
* Reviewing tender documentation, including DED, BoQ, and Scope of Work (SoW).
* Conducting field supervision to monitor construction progress against project timelines.
* Enforcing Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
* Ensuring vendor compliance with corporate HSSE policies.
* Facilitating project commissioning, handovers, and final project documentation.
* Providing technical support for warranty claims and Real Estate/Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) initiatives.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
* Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.
* Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, ZWCAD, and SketchUp.
* Strong technical understanding of Bill of Materials (BoM) and Material Take Off (MTO) calculations.
* Deep knowledge of construction lifecycles, from design to operational phases.
* Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a willingness to perform fieldwork.
* Work Location: Jakarta.
