A. Smelter Plant Vacancies
The Smelter plant is the heart of our value-added operations. We are looking for experts in the following roles:
* Senior Engineer – Steam Systems & Utilities
* Metallurgist (Metal Accounting, Production Planning, and Engineering)
* PI System Specialist
* Refractory Supervisors (Anode Plant, Precious Metal Refinery, and Flash Smelting/Converting Furnaces)

* Lead Tappers and Tappers (FSF & FCF)

## General Requirements for Applicants
To ensure our high standards of safety and productivity, all candidates must meet the following baseline criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Trade Certificate in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline. A minimum of a high school diploma is required for specific operational roles.
2. Professional Experience: 2 to 10 years of experience in Mining, Mineral Processing, Smelters, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Cement, or Renewable Energy industries.
3. Core Competencies: Strong command of the English language and high computer literacy.
4. Operational Readiness: Willingness to work in a roster-based schedule.
5. Technical Aptitude: A deep understanding of mining systems and industrial processes is considered a significant advantage.
