## General and Technical Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for these positions:
* Gender: Open to men (all positions) and women (Position 2).
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree. Specific backgrounds required include:
* Mechanical Engineering (Positions 1, 3, 5, 8)
* Industrial Engineering (Position 6)
* Marine Engineering (Positions 4, 7, 9)
* Engineering (Position 10)
* Computer Science (Position 11)
* Any major is acceptable for Position 2 (HR Supervisor).
* Experience:
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for positions 6, 7, and 11.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience required for positions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11.
* 3–4 years for positions 2, 3, and 4.
* 5–7 years for position 1.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and an English proficiency level of Intermediate to Upper Intermediate is mandatory for all applicants.
## Functional Competencies
Applicants should possess role-specific technical skills:
* Technical/Maintenance: Expertise in welding, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, belt conveyor splicing, pump alignment, and fan balancing (Positions 1, 3, 5, 10).
* Operational Management: Ability to manage work order documentation, monitor loading and shipping logistics, ensure cargo readiness, and oversee supply chain distribution (Positions 4, 6, 7, 9).
* HR and Administration: Capability to handle recruitment, payroll, social security administration (BPJS), and team management (Position 2).
* IT Support: Knowledge of IOS installation, network administration, hardware troubleshooting, CCTV installation, and user support (Position 11).
* Heavy Equipment: Proficiency in operating and maintaining forklifts (Position 8).
