* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Islamic Economics, Statistics, Islamic Mathematics, or related fields.
* At least one year of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in research tools and academic writing.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
## 2. Protocol Staff
Protocol staff ensure that leadership engagements are executed with precision, professionalism, and adherence to institutional etiquette.
* Executive Support: Managing schedules, travel logistics, and briefing documents for leadership.
* Event Management: Overseeing event run-downs, rehearsals, and on-site coordination for formal ceremonies.
* External Relations: Facilitating VIP hospitality and managing communication with high-profile stakeholders.
* Seating Arrangements: Expertly handling hierarchies, protocol seating, and logistical spatial planning for formal functions.
* Muslim with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Executing periodic legal socialization for Amil (zakat managers) across Indonesia.

* Possession of a sworn advocate certificate (BAS) and valid litigation license.
* Advanced skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
* Demonstrable experience in managing corporate licensing and regulatory compliance.
## 4. International Fundraising and Partnership Staff
As BAZNAS expands its global footprint, this role focuses on engaging international donors and building strategic cross-border partnerships.
* Prospect Research: Mapping potential international donors and identifying funding opportunities.
* Partnership Engagement: Crafting compelling proposals and managing ongoing communication with international partners.
* Fundraising Campaigns: Developing creative digital and social media campaigns for humanitarian and social programs.
