## Available Management Trainee Tracks
We offer specialized training streams designed to cultivate technical mastery and leadership skills. Candidates may apply for the following tracks:
1. Estate Assistant Trainee (EAT)
* Target Disciplines: Agrotechnology, Crop Cultivation, Agribusiness, Forestry, and Soil Science.
* Focus: Managing plantation operations, optimizing crop health, and mastering sustainable land management practices.
2. Traction Assistant Trainee (TAT)
* Target Disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Technology, and Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* Focus: Overseeing heavy machinery, vehicle maintenance, and optimizing the logistical efficiency of plantation operations.
3. Administration Assistant Trainee (AAT)
* Target Disciplines: Accounting and Management.
* Focus: Handling financial oversight, operational reporting, and strategic administrative management.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest standard of professional growth, all applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum completion of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* Academic Performance: A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
* Character: A high degree of professional integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to operational excellence.
## Upcoming Recruitment and Testing Schedule
We are hosting selection processes in various major cities to accommodate candidates across the region. Please note the following initial testing schedule:
