## Excellence in Laboratory Testing
LPPOM MUI operates a world-class laboratory facility accredited under SNI ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (LP-1040-IDN) by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN). The laboratory provides critical testing services to ensure the safety and halal integrity of food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest scientific standards, we are currently seeking talented professionals to join our Research and Development (R&D) teams in Bogor.
1. Molecular Laboratory Research and Development
We are looking for a dedicated researcher to lead molecular method development and routine testing.
* Design and validate molecular testing methods, including data logging and reporting.
* Recommend reagents and specialized laboratory equipment for research purposes.
* Perform trial tests for non-accredited client samples.
* Execute routine molecular testing and maintain strict instrument calibration and facility records.
* Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in molecular R&D.
* Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative molecular validation requirements.
* Excellent logical thinking, precision, and communication skills.
2. Microbiology Laboratory R&D
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee microbial safety and method optimization.
* Develop, validate, and document microbiological testing methods.
* Conduct periodic sample collection and routine microbiological analysis.
* Manage laboratory consumables, reagent inventory, and instrument maintenance.
* Ensure all testing procedures adhere to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Analysis, or related fields.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in microbiology testing.
* Solid grasp of GLP and microbiology laboratory protocols.
* Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced team environment.
3. Mineral & Metal Testing Laboratory
This role focuses on the precise analysis of heavy metals and minerals to ensure product compliance and safety.
* Develop testing methodologies for heavy metal and mineral analysis.
* Operate advanced instrumentation for sample testing and client trials.
* Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, reagents, and facility conditions.
* Provide technical recommendations for laboratory instrumentation and development.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Analysis, Pure Chemistry, or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years of experience operating ICP-MS and ICP-OES instrumentation.
* Proficiency in heavy metal analysis across various matrices.
* Strong adherence to GLP standards and analytical accuracy.
