## Graduate Development Program 2025 Openings
We are seeking high-potential graduates to join various specialized departments. Below are the available tracks for the 2025 intake:
Engineering and Technical Roles
* Maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical): Focused on maintaining processing plants and heavy equipment to meet production KPIs safely.
* Mining (MIN01 & MIN02): Supporting daily operations, short-term mine planning, and fleet management optimization.
* Mine Geology & Exploration: Assisting in geological mapping, grade control, and technical data collection for precious metal deposits.
* Geotechnical & Survey: Enhancing spatial data processing, drone mapping, and geotechnical analysis.
* Facilities & Services: Specializing in structural design and project construction oversight.
* Operation TSF: Working within the Tailings Storage Facility department on dam construction and soil mechanics.
* MPDSE: Overseeing civil earthworks and tailings placement projects.
Operational Support and Corporate Functions
* Environment: Managing biodiversity, water quality, and forest rehabilitation in compliance with AMDAL and ISO 14001.
* Human Resources: Supporting organizational culture, diversity initiatives, and internal communications.
* Corporate Communications: Managing branding, ESG reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
* Internal Audit & Risk Assurance: Identifying strategic risks and ensuring robust governance.
* OH&S: Implementing safety standards and hazard control to protect our workforce.
* Finance (Tax & Site): Handling management accounting, tax obligations, and budgetary forecasting.
* Legal: Assisting in legal research, compliance monitoring, and document administration.
* Corporate Planning & Management: Driving business performance through strategic policy and QMS implementation.
* SCM (Supply Chain Management): Managing contracts, procurement processes, and commercial analysis.
* Training & Development: Facilitating organizational development and digitalization programs.
* IT & Systems: Managing IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and digital transformation initiatives.
