1. Barge Escort Operator
We are looking for a maritime expert to oversee our logistics operations with precision and safety.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in a relevant field.
* Experience: At least 5 years in the maritime industry, preferably within the palm oil sector.
* Key Skills: Expertise in escort operations, anchoring, and loading/unloading procedures. Proficiency in marine communication equipment (VHF Radio, AIS, GPS).
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of navigation, ISPS Code, tugboat SOPs, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Certifications: Possession of ISPS Code certification is highly preferred.
* Requirement: Must be willing to work in a shift-based system.
2. Instrument Control Technician
This role requires a technical specialist capable of maintaining the sophisticated control systems powering our refinery.

3. Tank Farm Operator

* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least 1 year in a similar industrial setting, with preference for palm oil refinery experience.
* Core Requirements: Comprehensive understanding of K3 safety protocols, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Refinery / Fractionation Operator
