We are currently expanding our manufacturing team at our Cikarang plant and are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the crucial role of Weighing Operator. In this position, you will serve as a vital link in our production chain, ensuring precision, compliance, and efficiency in handling manufacturing materials.
Key Responsibilities
As a Weighing Operator at our Cikarang facility, your day-to-day duties will encompass several critical supply chain and production tasks:
* Material Reception and Storage: Receive incoming raw materials and packaging supplies, ensuring proper handling and safe storage in designated warehouse locations.
* Material Preparation: Accurately pick and prepare the necessary raw and packaging materials required for scheduled production runs.
* Precision Weighing Operations: Execute the precise weighing and measuring of raw materials in accordance with strict formulation sheets and quality guidelines.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum graduation from a Vocational High School (SMK) specializing in Pharmacy.
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of proven hands-on experience working as a Weighing Operator or in a closely related manufacturing/pharmaceutical role.
* Technical Proficiencies: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, precise weighing measurement tools, and integrated inventory or production systems.
