## Job Vacancy: Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff
AEI is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff. This position plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth fiscal operations within the manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of the finance department, your daily duties and core responsibilities will include:
* Checking and thoroughly analyzing the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
* Reviewing internal financial statements to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Accurately recording all accounts payable and receivable transactions.
* Preparing essential financial documentation, including receipts, checks, and invoices.
* Managing and reconciling petty cash funds alongside general cash transactions.
* Conducting routine bank reconciliations.
* Calculating, preparing, and submitting all tax-related documents in compliance with local regulations.
* Maintaining strict control and precise records of company assets.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and academic qualifications:
* Gender & Attitude: Passionate female accountant with an optimistic, positive, and proactive working attitude.
* Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Business, or Management from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Finance, Accounting, or Tax Staff member specifically within the manufacturing industry.
* Age Limit: Maximum 30 years old.
* Certifications: Must possess valid Brevet A, B, or C tax certifications.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in the Japanese language will be considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Location: Willingness to work on-site in Cikarang, West Java.
