## Open Position: SMG Mechanical Engineer
We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of SMG Mechanical Engineer. This position is based in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, and serves as a vital link in our technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of operational excellence. Core duties include:
* Providing expert engineering support and technical guidance to supervisors and foremen.
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining industry-leading best practices for the mechanical department.
* Ensuring the integrity and efficiency of site installations through rigorous oversight.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A maximum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably with a background in Fixed Plant Maintenance or large-scale projects.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Familiarity with Conveying Systems and Coal Handling Facilities.
* Strong understanding of Maintenance Management Systems.
* Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
* Proven proficiency in AutoCAD software.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
