## Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Export Administrator at AMFG, your day-to-day duties will encompass several vital supply chain and administrative tasks:
* Documentation Management: Accurately prepare and manage essential export paperwork, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (BL), Certificates of Origin (COO), and supplementary shipping documentation within strict deadlines.
* Logistics Coordination: Seamlessly synchronize export orders, freight forwarding, shipping schedules, and logistics operations with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee strict adherence to international export regulations, customs clearance requirements, and mandatory shipping guidelines.
* Performance Monitoring: Track ongoing export activities closely and compile comprehensive periodic reports to evaluate and support overall business performance.
## Candidate Requirements
