Throughout the nine-month tenure, trainees will be mentored by industry experts, preparing them for specialized roles across various functional departments, including:

## Eligibility and Academic Requirements
ANJ is seeking dynamic, high-integrity individuals who are ready to make a significant impact. Applicants must hold a degree in one of the following fields with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00:
* Agronomy: Agriculture, Agrotechnology, Plant Pests and Diseases, Soil Science, and Plant Breeding.
* Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, and Agricultural Engineering.
* Supporting Functions: Law, Psychology, Communication, Environmental Engineering, Public Health (Occupational Health & Safety), Architecture, and Chemistry.
* Must be currently unmarried and willing to remain so throughout the nine-month training duration.
* Must be prepared to commit to a two-year service bond following the conclusion of the MT program.
* Demonstrates high initiative, a collaborative spirit, and strong teamwork capabilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
