We are currently expanding our professional team and inviting highly motivated individuals to join us in the following roles:
## Infrastructure and Engineering Roles
* Civil Engineer Assistant Manager: Oversees civil construction projects and Capex implementation. Requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of experience in plantation infrastructure.
* Power Plant Assistant: Manages maintenance and electrical troubleshooting for power plant machinery. Candidates should have an Electrical Engineering background and PLC expertise.
* Quality Assurance Engineering: Conducts regular operational audits of palm oil mills and central workshops. Requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 3 years of experience.
## Corporate and Administrative Excellence
* Accounting Staff & Accounting & Budgeting Staff: Responsible for financial reporting and budget control. Requires an Accounting degree and proficiency in SAP.
* Tax Staff: Manages tax compliance, including VAT and income tax filings. Requires a degree in Finance or Taxation and Brevet A & B certification.
* Legal Staff: Drafts agreements, manages licensing documentation, and handles legal opinions. Open to fresh graduates with a Law degree.
* Head of Administration (KTU): Supervises site-level administration, asset management, and financial reporting. Requires strong accounting experience.
## Sustainability and External Relations
* External Affair/Humas: Manages stakeholder relationships, social mapping, and government relations. Requires 5 years of experience in the plantation sector.
* CID Manager: Develops and monitors CSR programs to ensure alignment with sustainability goals. Requires experience in social conflict resolution.
* Sustainability Assistant Manager: Coordinates certification processes including RSPO, ISPO, and ISCC. Requires 5 years of experience in plantation sustainability.
* EHS & Fire Safety Coordinator / EHS Assistant Manager: Leads emergency response teams, monitors fire safety, and ensures compliance with environmental regulations (PROPER, ISO 14001/45001).
## Forestry and Horticulture Management
* Manager Hortikultura: Oversees edamame production, farm evaluation, and crop maintenance. Requires at least 2 years of experience in horticultural management.
* Forestry Manager & Staff (Sago): Plans and manages sago plant maintenance, harvesting, and logistics. Requires expertise in industrial forest management and peatland operations.
## Technology and Digital Innovation
* Mobile Apps Developer: Develops and maintains high-quality mobile solutions. Requires experience with Flutter, REST API, and application deployment on major app stores.
