## Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking motivated, resilient, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. To be eligible for the GAMMA program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D1) degree in Agriculture, Plantation Science, or Forestry.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, or professionals with a maximum of one year of work experience.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Mobility: Full readiness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo an intensive 6-month educational program at the BSP Academy located in Kisaran, North Sumatra.
* Contractual Requirement: Commitment to a mandatory 2-year service bond following the completion of the program.
* Status: Must be single (unmarried).
