## Join Our Dynamic Exploration Team
PT. Bara Alam Utama is currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our mining operations in Musi Rawas Utara, South Sumatra. We are looking for experts who are passionate about geological precision and operational safety.
1. Junior Geologist
As a Junior Geologist, you will play a vital role in executing our exploration strategies and maintaining the integrity of our geological data.
* Execute exploration stages, including geological mapping, drilling supervision, geophysical logging, and coal sampling.
* Perform accurate rock description and drill hole logging.
* Interpret geophysical logging results and maintain comprehensive drilling databases.
* Collaborate with the exploration team to ensure all activities adhere to strict corporate standards and safety procedures.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Strong technical proficiency in coal mapping, drill sample handling, and geophysical interpretation.
* Willingness to be stationed at our Musi Rawas Utara site, South Sumatra.
2. Exploration Geologist
The Exploration Geologist position is a senior role responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of our exploration and resource modeling efforts.
* Plan and supervise comprehensive exploration campaigns, from mapping to final reporting.
* Conduct complex interpretation and correlation of coal seams.
* Develop advanced geological models and manage geological database validation.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in coal exploration and resource estimation.
* Expertise in geological modeling software and exploration reporting.
* Hold a valid Mining Supervisor certification (POP or POM).
* Willingness to be stationed at our Musi Rawas Utara site, South Sumatra.
