## General Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency, all applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Physical and Mental Fitness: Candidates must be in excellent health to handle the demands of the site environment.
* Licensing: Possession of a valid SIM BII Umum is mandatory for all operator roles (positions 3 through 7).
* Professional Certification: Holding valid competency certificates relevant to the specific position is considered a significant advantage.
Position-Specific Prerequisites
* Civil Staff: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Civil Engineering; proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software is essential.
* Safety Officer: Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field. Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Production Administrator: This position is open to enthusiastic fresh graduates looking to build a career in industrial administration.
* Mechanic Roles (Positions 2-7): A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance or operation is required.
