1. Officer – Logistics
This role is essential for maintaining the fluidity of our supply chain. You will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, including the coordination of material distribution and the precise management of shipping documentation.
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or an equivalent discipline.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics.
* Demonstrated proficiency in managing inventory movement and transport coordination.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel); knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is highly preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to safety protocols.
* Flexibility and willingness to be stationed at our project or operational sites.
2. Senior Metallurgist
As a Senior Metallurgist, you will take the lead in driving process optimization and technical performance across our gold, copper, and base metal mining assets. Your expertise will be vital from the initial development and feasibility stages through to active production.
* Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Mineral Processing (a Master’s degree is considered a significant advantage).
* A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in mineral processing, specifically within gold, copper, or base metal plants.
* Technical mastery of crushing, grinding, flotation, CIL/CIP, and heap leaching processes.
* Proven track record in plant commissioning, metallurgical testing, and process design.
* Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage complex relationships with EPC contractors and engineering consultants.
* Fluent in English with a readiness to travel across our Indonesian project sites.
3. Superintendent – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
We are looking for a strategic human resources professional to oversee our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and elevate our employer branding initiatives to attract industry-leading talent.
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 10 years of robust experience in Talent Acquisition or executive recruiting.
* Demonstrated ability to craft and implement employer branding strategies, including recruitment marketing and campus engagement.
* Expertise in sourcing high-level candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and various ATS platforms.
* Strong background in competency-based interviewing and strategic stakeholder management.
* Previous experience in the mining or engineering sectors is highly preferred; experience in executive search firms is a distinct advantage.
