## Join the Elementary Development Program (ELP-A)
BGA Group is currently seeking driven and motivated individuals to join our team through the Elementary Development Program (ELP-A). This initiative is specifically designed for SMK graduates who are ready to build a professional career within our operational regions in Kalimantan.
General Requirements
* Minimum education level: Vocational High School (SMK).
* Willingness to participate in a comprehensive three-month intensive training program.
* Must possess valid legal identification (KTP or Birth Certificate).
* Must be willing to be stationed in our operational areas across Kalimantan.
## Available Career Paths and Required Backgrounds
We are looking for candidates from relevant vocational fields to fill the following roles:
1. Mechanic / Mill Operator
* Target Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, Construction Engineering, and Agricultural Mechanization.
2. Plantation Supervision Foreman (Mandor)
* Target Majors: Agribusiness, Plant Production Agribusiness, Agricultural Product Processing, Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Palm Oil Cultivation, Palm Oil Nursery & Maintenance, and Plantation Crop Production Technology.
3. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
