## Position Available: HR Internship
We are seeking a talented and dynamic candidate to support our Human Resources operations. This internship is designed for students who are eager to learn the inner workings of a global company while applying their academic knowledge to real-world business challenges.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Status: Currently enrolled as an S1 university student (entering your 5th to 8th semester).
* Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Creative Advantage: Experience or proficiency in graphic design or video editing is considered a significant plus.
* Commitment: Must be willing to commit to a 6-month internship program based in our Pasuruan facility.
