Dexa Medica is actively seeking talented individuals to fill various specialized roles across its production and engineering departments.
1. Production Operator
This role is essential for maintaining seamless production cycles across granulation, tableting, coating, packaging, and soft gel lines.
* Responsibilities: Monitoring individual performance targets, ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/CPOB), and executing specific tasks such as material dispensing, granulation, compressing, coating, and primary/secondary packaging.
* Requirements: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or diploma degree; must be free from color blindness and contagious diseases; willingness to work in shift patterns is required. Previous experience in a pharmaceutical plant or holding an SIO certificate is a distinct advantage.
2. Semisolid Junior Operator
Focuses on the precise transformation of raw materials into semisolid products through mixing and filling processes.
* Responsibilities: Preparing auxiliary equipment, performing machine maintenance, and ensuring rigorous sanitation of workstations before and after production.
* Requirements: Open to candidates with a minimum high school (SMA/SMK) qualification from any educational background.
3. Semisolid Novice Worker
Specializes in the final stages of the production chain to ensure product integrity before distribution.
* Responsibilities: Executing secondary packaging, sealing, and weighing processes according to established quality standards; managing the handover of secondary packaging materials and sterile products.
* Requirements: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) degree with at least one year of experience as a packer in a manufacturing industry, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
4. Production Officer
A supervisory role responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of all production activities.
* Responsibilities: Resource planning for weekly output, auditing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing waste reduction, ensuring manufacturing instructions are followed, and coordinating across departments to maintain product quality.
* Requirements: Degree (S1) in Pharmacy or Pharmacist certification. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and CPOTB, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome, though one year of experience is preferred.
5. Production Engineer
Ensures the operational efficiency and longevity of complex production machinery through proactive technical management.
* Responsibilities: Managing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; overseeing spare part procurement; promoting continuous improvement; and ensuring safety standards (5R) are upheld.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. A minimum of two years of experience in machinery engineering is required. Candidates must be proficient in English and demonstrate a high level of technical competency.
