## The Role of an Operator at Dgas Alam Semesta
As an Operator, you will be at the forefront of our operational activities, ensuring the seamless flow and distribution of CNG. This role requires a technical mindset and a commitment to maintaining our high safety and efficiency standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Compressor Management: Operating and monitoring compressor systems to ensure optimal performance.
* CNG Handling: Executing the complete process of gas filling at our Mother Stations.
* Distribution: Managing the safe and efficient delivery of gas directly to our diverse client base.
* Technical Maintenance: Demonstrating a thorough understanding of heat transfer equipment, including heat exchangers, coolers, water heaters, and electric heaters.
* Instrument Proficiency: Utilizing and troubleshooting essential instrument equipment such as regulators, control valves, pressure safety valves (PSV), and various industrial valves.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate a strong technical background and the ability to thrive in a demanding industrial environment. We are looking for individuals who possess:
1. Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant work experience, specifically within the oil, gas, or manufacturing industries. Previous experience in a gas-related company is highly preferred.
2. Educational Background: A minimum of a vocational high school (SMK/STM) or high school (SMA) diploma, with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering being a distinct advantage.
3. Technical Literacy: Proficient computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
4. Flexibility: The ability to work rotating shifts and the willingness to be stationed at various project locations outside of the city.
5. Health Standards: Must have completed the COVID-19 booster vaccination.
