We are currently seeking a meticulous and professional Assistant Sortasi to oversee grading operations and quality control protocols at our milling sites. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of production that define our company’s reputation.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring operational efficiency and quality consistency. Your primary duties include:
* Operational Oversight: Supervising daily grading operations within the palm oil mill (PKS) environment.

* Inventory Control: Managing and verifying the quality of both internal and external FFB deliveries.

Essential Qualifications

1. Educational Background: Hold a D4 or S1 degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or Agronomy with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
2. Professional Experience: At least two years of proven experience in an Assistant Sortasi role or a closely related quality control capacity.
3. Physical and Mental Fitness: Must be in excellent physical and mental health to meet the demands of the plantation environment.
