## Available Position: LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer
DSLNG is currently looking for a dedicated professional to manage complex commercial operations and ensure the seamless delivery of LNG products to global partners.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with critical functions that bridge operational logistics and commercial management:
* Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Management: Compile data and project shipment schedules to support effective negotiations and ensure timely delivery of LNG to buyers.
* Contract Negotiation & Compliance: Coordinate and negotiate with buyers to ensure the effective implementation of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), including pricing and logistical adjustments.
* Operational Execution: Oversee the drafting of supplemental agreements, coordinate surveyor appointments, and manage port authority documentation to guarantee valid and efficient cargo dispatch.
* Inventory & Logistics Strategy: Propose weekly inventory management plans, coordinate with field teams, and oversee ship chartering programs to maintain optimal vessel availability.
* Financial & Commercial Oversight: Prepare accurate LNG invoices based on JCC calculations and manage department budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
* Reporting: Generate timely and accurate internal and external management reports, including tender documentation and operational updates.
Professional Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is highly preferred.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a commercial capacity within the oil and gas industry.
* Employment Terms: This is a permanent position, subject to a three-month probationary period.
