## Job Vacancy: Customer Service Executive (CSE)
PT Ecogreen Oleochemicals is currently hiring a Customer Service Executive to support client relations and international trade operations.
Key Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Studies, Business Administration, English Literature, or a closely related field.
* Language Proficiency: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
* Experience: At least one year of relevant working experience in a similar role is preferred; however, exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge:
* Familiarity with international payment systems and processing transactions via Letter of Credit (L/C).
* Solid understanding of global shipping and delivery agreements (Incoterms).
* Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
* Soft Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Residency Preference: Priority is given to applicants who are residents of Batam.
