Position: Operator – Production Department
The Production Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our bioethanol manufacturing processes. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Preferably male.
* Age: Maximum 30 years old.
* Education: Minimum High School diploma (SLTA/SMA or equivalent).
* Academic Background: Preference is given to graduates from Science (IPA), Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry programs.
* Physical Requirements: Must possess clear vision (not color blind) and be in good physical and mental health.
* Competencies: Ability to thrive under pressure, high level of self-discipline, and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in a rotating shift schedule.
