## Engineering and Maintenance Roles
* Foreman Mechanic (South Sumatera): Requires STM/D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Heavy Equipment Engineering. Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Foreman in mining and a POP certification.
* Plant Engineer (South Sumatera): Requires an S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience. Proficiency in technical software and strong project management skills are essential.
* Maintenance Planner (South Sumatera): Requires SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering with at least 1 year of planning/scheduling experience. Must be proficient in MS Excel and CMMS.
* Senior Mechanic (South Sumatera): Requires an SMK degree with 5+ years of experience handling heavy equipment units (BMC certification is a plus).
* Supervisor Maintenance (South Sumatera): Requires SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of supervisory experience in plant maintenance. POP certification is highly preferred.
## Operations and Field Personnel
* Foreman Production (South Sumatera): Candidates must be male, aged 30–40, with an SMK degree and 3+ years of experience in mining production. A POP certification and strong leadership skills are mandatory.
* Excavator Operator (Placement outside of home base): Requires a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) and a valid SIO or BII General driver’s license. 1+ year of mining experience is required.
* Driver Dump Truck (Placement outside of home base): Requires SMP/SMA diploma and a valid BII General license. Must have 1+ year of experience, specifically with Quester CWE 730 units.
## Human Capital and Support Functions
* HC Strategic & Organizational Development (Head Office, Jakarta): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Management with at least 3 years of experience in HC/OD, including job analysis, performance management, and talent development.
* Trainer Mechanic (South Sumatera): Requires an SMK degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of mining experience as a trainer. Must be skilled in developing technical assessment materials.
* Trainer Operator (South Sumatera): Candidates must be male, aged 30–40, with an SMK/D3 degree and 2+ years of experience training on heavy equipment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Plant Superintendent (South Sumatera): Requires an S1 degree and at least 5 years of experience in the same field. Must hold a POP certificate and possess strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
* Purchasing Officer (Head Office, Jakarta): Requires a D3 degree and 2+ years of experience in procurement. Excellent negotiation skills and familiarity with industrial technology are essential.
