## Job Description: Key Responsibilities
As our Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle to ensure our expanding business units are fueled by exceptional professionals. Your primary duties will include:
* Talent Sourcing and Screening: Execute comprehensive recruitment workflows, from initial resume screening to candidate shortlisting.
* Psychological Testing: Administer, evaluate, and score internal employee psychological assessments to determine role suitability.
* Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI): Conduct structured candidate interviews utilizing advanced BEI techniques to assess competencies and cultural fit.
* Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate daily recruitment reports to track hiring metrics and pipeline progress.
## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure success in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational requirements:
* Education: Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of proven working experience in a dedicated recruitment role.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate hands-on familiarity and expertise with standard psychological testing tools.
* Work Arrangement: Willing to work on-site (Full Work From Office / WFO) at our West Jakarta location.
