Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator at PT Hokkan Indonesia, your daily contributions will be vital to our manufacturing success. Your duties will include:
* Machine Operation: Efficiently manage packaging, mixing, and blowing-filling equipment.
* Resource Management: Prepare raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) essential for daily production cycles.
* Process Monitoring: Oversee production lines to ensure seamless operation and consistent output quality.
* Maintenance: Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime.
* Documentation: Accurately prepare and submit comprehensive production reports at the end of every shift.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
2. Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an operator within the beverage manufacturing industry.
3. Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of PET bottle production machinery.
4. Professionalism: A high level of personal responsibility, strong self-discipline, and a professional work ethic.
5. Availability: Must be willing to work on-site at our facility in Ciawi, Bogor Regency.
