1. Deputy Chief of Mine Road Construction Management
This role is essential for ensuring the efficiency and safety of our logistics infrastructure.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the complexities of hauling road construction.
* Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar construction management role.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of hauling road engineering and maintenance.
* Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Willingness to be stationed at the PT IKIP site.
2. Personnel Officer (HR)
Our HR team is the backbone of our operational success, ensuring our workforce is well-managed and supported.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage employee records, timekeeping, and social security administration (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan).
* Requirements:
* Relevant prior experience in HR or personnel administration.
