1. Accounting Specialist
As an Accounting Specialist, you will ensure the financial integrity of our operations through meticulous reporting and ledger management.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing journal entries, preparing financial statements, overseeing audits, handling payroll coordination with HR, and monitoring petty cash and loans.
* Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, at least three years of professional experience, proficiency in PSAK standards, advanced MS Excel skills, and fluency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking).
2. Cashier
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to manage daily financial transactions and ensure exceptional service standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Processing various forms of payment, reconciling daily transaction records, maintaining accurate financial logs, and assisting with month-end reporting.
* Requirements: Proven experience in a cashier or financial role, strong numerical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
3. Export-Import Staff
This role is vital for maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and ensuring all trade activities comply with international regulations.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing customs clearance, coordinating with freight forwarders, maintaining import/export inventory levels, and optimizing logistics processes.
* Requirements: A degree in logistics or supply chain management, at least two years of relevant experience in manufacturing, deep knowledge of customs regulations, and preferably fluency in Mandarin.
4. Finance AR (Accounts Receivable) Staff
The AR Staff will focus on maintaining healthy cash flow by managing tenant and customer invoicing processes.
* Key Responsibilities: Following up on outstanding invoices, reconciling customer accounts, performing credit checks, and providing detailed aging reports.
* Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and professional verbal and written Mandarin skills.
5. Mandarin Translator
To facilitate seamless communication across our international teams, we require a highly skilled linguist capable of navigating complex industrial contexts.
* Key Responsibilities: Providing real-time interpretation for meetings, translating technical documents and correspondence, and ensuring cultural and contextual accuracy in all business communications.
* Requirements: Fluency in Mandarin and English, at least three years of professional translation experience, and familiarity with industrial or manufacturing terminology.
6. Purchasing Staff
Our Purchasing team ensures that we have the necessary materials to maintain operational momentum through effective vendor management.
* Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase requisitions, negotiating terms with suppliers, monitoring stock levels, and reporting on procurement plans.
