We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill several key positions at our facility in the Jatake Industrial Area. Please review the qualifications below to see where your expertise fits best.
1. General Manager (Manufacturing)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of leadership experience within the automotive manufacturing sector.
* Key Skills: Mastery in production management, supply chain logistics, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability in strategic planning, problem-solving, and cross-departmental leadership.
2. Maintenance Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive machine maintenance.
* Key Skills: Deep understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance protocols. Ability to lead technical teams, manage complex maintenance schedules, and deliver results under strict operational targets.
3. Engineering Staff
* Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

6. Inventory Audit Admin
* Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
* Experience: At least 1 year in administrative or inventory roles.
* Key Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or inventory software. High attention to detail and proven reliability in maintaining accurate stock documentation.
