Position Requirements

* Educational Background: Vocational high school (SMK) graduate, specifically from technical backgrounds such as Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates eager to launch their careers in a professional industrial environment.
* Availability: Must be fully prepared and willing to work in a rotating shift system.
