## The Role: HRGA Site Specialist
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HRGA Site Specialist to join our team. In this critical position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all human resources administrative functions, facility management, asset maintenance, and General Affairs (GA) services operate effectively and in strict compliance with corporate regulations to support our plantation productivity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources (HR) Oversight
* Personnel Administration: Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, demotions, and offboarding procedures.
* Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate personnel records, monitoring attendance patterns, and ensuring strict adherence to labor discipline.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a primary point of contact between plantation staff, the Head Office, and relevant external regulatory bodies.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive monitoring and evaluation reports regarding HRGA activities for management review.
2. General Affairs (GA) Management
* Facility Operations: Overseeing mess hall facilities, including managing occupancy, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring site security and comfort for all staff.
* Logistics & Assets: Coordinating fleet management, vehicle tax payments, and the maintenance of operational machinery and equipment.
* Asset Management: Supervising company assets linked to employee use and infrastructure.
* Issue Resolution: Actively managing employee feedback and ensuring prompt resolution of service-related concerns to maintain a productive working environment.
## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants should meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Law or Human Resource Management.
* Experience: Proven professional experience of 1–2 years in a comparable HRGA or general administrative role.
* Mobility: Must be fully prepared and willing to be stationed at our plantation sites in West Kalimantan.
