## Join Our Dynamic Team
KIDECO is currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our operations in Paser, East Kalimantan. We offer a challenging environment where your expertise contributes to world-class safety and environmental standards. Successful candidates will work on a roster of 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off, with full accommodation support provided.
Available Positions and Requirements
1. Safety Investigation
* Responsibilities: Oversee incident report management, track follow-up recommendations, and implement comprehensive safety and health reporting programs.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHS or Engineering; 1–2 years of experience in coal mining; POP and Incident Investigation certification required.
2. Safety Inspector (Mining)
* Responsibilities: Conduct field investigations and supervise safety management across mining operations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHS; 2 years of inspection experience; strong understanding of coal mining safety; POP certification preferred.
3. Safety Inspector (Electrical)
* Responsibilities: Lead safety oversight within facility support and workshop areas.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHS or Technical Engineering; 2 years of relevant experience; proficiency in ISO, SMK3, SMKP, and OHSAS standards; POP and OHS certification required.
4. Safety Inspector (Mechanical)
* Responsibilities: Ensure operational safety compliance within facility support and workshop environments.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHS or Engineering; 2 years of experience; expertise in safety management systems (SMK3/SMKP/ISO); POP/OHS certification required.
5. Safety Inspector (Construction)
* Responsibilities: Perform site-specific safety audits and investigations for civil construction projects.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHS/Engineering; 2 years of construction safety experience; solid understanding of OHS standards; POP certification required.
6. Safety Inspector (Port & Marine)
* Responsibilities: Manage safety and health protocols in port and marine logistics areas.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHS/Engineering; 2 years of relevant marine industry experience; POP/OHS certification; excellent reporting and communication skills.
7. Safety Patrol (Coordinator)
* Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Safety Patrol team to ensure adherence to site safety programs.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHS/Engineering; 1–2 years of experience; strong team leadership skills; POP and OHS certifications.
8. Water Management Staff
* Responsibilities: Supervise wastewater treatment infrastructure, manage SPARING/SIMPEL systems, and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience in WTP/WWTP (fresh graduates encouraged); POPAL/POP certifications are highly advantageous; professional proficiency in English.
