## Role Overview: Medical Representative
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the position of Medical Representative. This role is pivotal in driving our market presence and ensuring our pharmaceutical solutions reach those who need them most.
Core Responsibilities
* Sales Target Achievement: Take full ownership of sales targets, New Outlet Orders (NOO), and On the Road (OTR) objectives within your designated territory.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly visit plans derived from Area Manager directives.
* Relationship Management: Conduct consistent site visits to outlets and medical practitioners to promote product benefits, share ongoing programs, and monitor competitor movements.
* Marketing Execution: Implement regional and national marketing initiatives, including merchandising, seminars, and corporate events.
* Inventory Oversight: Maintain optimal stock levels at the outlet level by proposing proportional replenishment strategies.
* Reporting: Compile and submit accurate sales reports and marketing activity summaries to analyze performance impact and ROI.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be results-oriented and possess a proactive mindset. We value candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Preference is given to graduates of Vocational Health High Schools (SMK), Diploma (D3) in Health Sciences, or Bachelor’s degrees (S1) in any field.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience in Sales or Marketing is highly preferred.
* Non-Technical Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, complemented by a professional and presentable demeanor.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, demonstrated experience in organizing events, and familiarity with pharmacy outlet operations.
* Operational Readiness: Ability to thrive in field-based work, willingness to meet aggressive sales targets, and full mobility to be stationed anywhere across Indonesia.
* Transportation: Must possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C); possession of a driver's license (SIM A) is considered an added advantage.
## Geographic Coverage and Placement
