Job Title: Production Officer
As a Production Officer, you will serve as a vital pillar in our manufacturing ecosystem, ensuring that our life-enhancing products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Oversight: Monitor daily manufacturing operations closely, identifying operational bottlenecks or deviations, and swiftly implementing corrective measures.
* Audit Compliance & Corrective Action: Spearhead the development and coordination of remedial workflows derived from internal and external quality audits.
* Data-Driven Productivity: Generate comprehensive production reports, analyze operational metrics meticulously, and strategize initiatives to elevate overall output and efficiency.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Age: Maximum 40 years old (open to both male and female applicants).
Educational Background: Must hold a Pharmacist Profession degree (Profesi Apoteker) or a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi*).
* Academic Performance: Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 for the Bachelor's degree.
* Study Duration: Completed the undergraduate degree within a maximum study period of 6 years.
* Work Arrangement: Must be physically and mentally prepared to work in rotational shifts.
