Professional & Administrative Roles
1. Workshop Data Analyst: Requires a D3 degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Management. You will be responsible for analyzing operational performance, spare part consumption, and workshop productivity using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
2. Workshop Admin: Requires a D3 degree in any major with a strong background in workshop documentation and reporting.
3. Warehouse Admin: Requires a D3 degree in any major with experience in inventory control and administrative systems.
Technical & Maintenance Roles
4. Storeman: High school graduate with at least 3 years of experience in heavy equipment parts and inventory management.
5. Hose Technician: High school graduate with at least 3 years of experience specializing in hose components and hydraulic systems.
6. Maintenance Servicing Mechanic: Responsible for routine engine maintenance and safety inspections.
7. Electrician: Expert in electrical panel troubleshooting and installation.
8. DT Mechanic: Specialist in Dump Truck maintenance according to factory specifications.
9. HE/A2B Mechanic: Specialist in heavy equipment hydraulics and chassis maintenance.
10. HE/A2B Wheel: Focus on wheel-based heavy equipment systems.
11. Tyreman: Manages tire installation, repairs, and stock maintenance.
12. Welder: Skilled in structural welding according to high-quality safety standards.
13. Body Repairman: Experienced in structural restoration of heavy vehicles and equipment.
## General Requirements
For all technical positions (6 through 13), candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
* Male, maximum age of 45 years.
* Minimum education level of high school (SMA or equivalent).
* Possession of a valid Driver’s License (SIM A required; SIM BII preferred for Maintenance Servicing Mechanics).
