## Current Opening: IT Technical Support Officer
We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Technical Support Officer to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless maintenance and repair of hardware, software, network systems, and specialized IT tools, including radio communication equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
* Manage and repair radio communication systems and various IT tools utilized on project sites.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Information Technology or a related field.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in IT Technical Support, Helpdesk, or radio communication (HT) maintenance.
