Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of our operations, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) diploma.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
For positions 1 & 2:* Preference given to those with at least one year of relevant experience.
For position 2:* Priority given to candidates with demonstrated ability in analyzing CPO and palm kernel quality.
* Technical Skills:
* Must be proficient in computer operations (specifically for the Admin position).
* Solid understanding of fundamental administrative processes.
* Soft Skills & Personal Integrity:
