* Customer Engagement: Proactively greet customers, identify their needs, assist with product discovery, suggest style combinations (mix and match), and introduce add-on items.
* Merchandise Management: Maintain stock levels, manage sizing, and ensure the display area is visually appealing to capture buyer interest.
* Loss Prevention: Monitor store inventory to prevent shrinkage and ensure all merchandise adheres to visual merchandising standards.
2. Cashier
Beyond handling transactions, our cashiers act as the final point of customer interaction and brand representation.

* Sales Advocacy: Actively promote impulsive purchase items at the checkout counter.
* Floor Support: Transition into a Sales Associate role to assist customers on the floor during quiet periods.
3. Prevention Associate

## General Requirements for Applicants
To ensure our team delivers the high standards expected at Matahari, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMK/SLTA) or equivalent. For the Cashier position, an SMK degree in Accounting is highly preferred.
* Professional Skills: Strong verbal communication and sales skills, paired with a deep passion for the fashion industry.
* Performance Mindset: Demonstrated orientation toward customer satisfaction and a drive to meet sales targets.
* Experience: At least three months of work experience (formal, informal, or internship).
* Health Standards: Candidates must not be color blind (partial or total).
* Certification: For the Prevention Associate role, having a valid KTA (Security Guard License) is highly preferred.
