## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team. Please review the specific requirements for each role below:
1. Instrument Engineer (Code: AIE05)
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in complex technical environments.
* Experience: Minimum 7 years in instrumentation engineering within the oil & gas, palm oil, or process industries.
* Technical Expertise: Proficient in creating engineering documentation, including datasheets, calculations, drawings, and control narratives.
* Field Instrument Selection: Skilled in selecting field instruments such as transmitters, gauges, switches, and ATG.
* Control Systems: Strong knowledge of PLC and DCS systems regarding selection and operation.
* Sizing Capabilities: Ability to perform basic sizing for control valves, flow elements, and PSVs.
* Vendor Management: Capable of reviewing vendor/contractor documents and providing detailed technical feedback.
* Agility: Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and conduct site visits for supervision and surveys.
2. Electrical Engineer (Code: AET08)
We are looking for a qualified electrical specialist to oversee our industrial construction projects.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in industrial electrical construction.
* Standards Knowledge: In-depth understanding of PUIL, SNI, and relevant international electrical standards.
* Background: Proven history working as an electrical contractor or supervisory consultant.
* Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are not currently bound by other employment contracts.
3. Project Control (Code: APC10)
Our project control team ensures our operations remain on schedule and within budget.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a project control role, preferably within the EPC sector (Oil, Gas, or Petrochemicals).
* Core Skills: Expertise in project lifecycle management, including cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
* Software Proficiency: Skilled in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
* Reporting: Ability to generate comprehensive performance metrics for senior management and clients.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to foster collaboration across teams.
4. Mechanical Engineer (Code: AML11)
We are seeking a mechanical professional to strengthen our construction division.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in mechanical engineering, specifically within plant construction.
* Technical Standards: Comprehensive knowledge of national and international mechanical design codes.
* Teamwork: A strong balance of independent working capabilities and team collaboration skills.
* Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are currently free to accept new opportunities.
