Candidate Requirements
We are currently recruiting for the Operator Development Program (ODP). Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any field.
* Technical Preference: Fresh graduates from vocational schools (SMK) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical, Light Vehicle Engineering, or Welding are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Professional Experience: Candidates with at least one year of experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment will have a distinct advantage.
* Physical Standards: Minimum height of 168 cm, excellent physical stamina, and must not be colorblind.
* Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work within operational and warehouse environments.
* Location: Candidates must be prepared for placement in Mojokerto, East Java.
