1. Production Operator, Cutting
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform precise glass cutting operations within the Cutting On Line area.
* Execute meticulous glass packing processes in the designated Cutting On Line section.
* Actively contribute to and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the Cutting On Line environment.
* Adhere strictly to all guidelines concerning the use of work infrastructure, operational machine processes, and the mandatory application of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Participate in relevant training programs designed to meet job specific requirements and foster professional growth.
Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum educational attainment of High School or Vocational School.
* Proficiency in computer operation is required.
* Must possess normal vision (no corrective lenses) and be free from color blindness.
* Flexibility to work in a shift-based system.
* Preparedness to work in environments characterized by heat, noise, and dust.
* This position is based at our Cikarang facility.
2. Production Operator, Forming
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute the critical Forming Production process for Glass Blocks, transforming pulled glass into high-quality finished products.
* Manage operational activities within the Glass Block Forming Production area, proactively identifying and addressing factors that may lead to defects.
* Implement and uphold quality and environmental management systems, while driving development and improvement initiatives across the production floor.
* Engage in employee development and training programs specific to the Forming Production area.
Candidate Requirements:
* Possess a minimum educational background of a Vocational School degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in a comparable field.
* Demonstrated ability to operate computers efficiently.
* Normal vision (no corrective lenses) and absence of color blindness are essential.
* Willingness to work according to a rotating shift schedule.
* Capacity to thrive in challenging work conditions, including high temperatures, noise, and dusty environments.
* This role is located at our Cikarang plant.
