## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the highest standards of our operations, prospective applicants must meet the following educational and professional requirements:
* Educational Background:
* Industrial or Chemical Engineering degrees (for roles in Safety, Admin, and Texturizing).
* Mechanical Engineering degrees (for roles in Heavy Equipment, Pump House, and Refinery/Fractionation).
* Civil Engineering degrees (for Project Foreman roles).
* Professional Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in their specific field of expertise.
* Communication Skills: Proficiency in the English language is considered a significant advantage.
* Work Location: All positions are based in our facility located in Kuala Tanjung, Batu Bara.
