* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 2.9 out of 4.0.
* Professional Experience: Proven track record in building construction projects, with a strong preference for those who have previously worked on BUMN Karya projects.
* Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of MEP systems and the ability to interpret and execute complex building working drawings.
* Supervisory Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively oversee and manage MEP work on-site.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be deployed across all PT Nindya Beton operational areas as required by project demands.
