Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) in Civil Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Preference is given to individuals with prior field experience in irrigation projects.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in reading engineering drawings, understanding work execution methods, and managing quality control.
* Operational Insight: Strong grasp of project scheduling, progress tracking, and site management.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively coordinate with foremen, laborers, engineering teams, and project stakeholders.
* Personal Attributes: Must be highly disciplined, responsible, communicative, and capable of working under strict project targets.
* Availability: Must be willing to be stationed directly at the project site.
Key Responsibilities
