## Available Career Opportunity: Production Operator
The company is currently inviting applications for the position of Production Operator. This role is essential to maintaining the high manufacturing standards that Sari Roti is known for nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for upholding production excellence and operational efficiency. Core duties include:
* Quality Assurance: Ensuring all production processes strictly adhere to company standards, hygiene protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP guidelines.
* Production Preparation: Conducting thorough inspections of raw materials, dough weights, baking pans, and molds before operations commence.
* Machine Operation: Managing production machinery, including ovens, packing systems, and metal detectors, to ensure optimal performance.
* Workflow Execution: Overseeing the end-to-end process, from dough mixing and baking to final product packaging.
* Compliance: Verifying the accuracy of production codes, expiry dates, and labeling on all finished goods.
* Documentation: Recording production metrics and operational indicators with high precision.
* Sanitation: Maintaining a clean working environment and performing routine machine sanitization.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with production teams and providing support in various sections such as Mixer, Make-Up, Oven, or Scaling units as required.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any field.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, prior experience as a Production Operator in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of bread production processes, GMP, HACCP, and industrial sanitation is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating production machinery, particularly industrial ovens, is highly desirable.
